Why it matters

A single column standing among overgrown ruins at dusk, a heron nesting on top, painted by Thomas Cole

Testosterone in American men fell roughly 1% per year between 1987 and 2004, independent of age.

Travison et al., J Clin Endocrinol Metab, 2007

One week of sleeping 5 hours a night lowered daytime testosterone by 10 to 15% in healthy young men. (Leproult & Van Cauter, JAMA, 2011)

Plastic in your water, seed oils in the “healthy” snack, a phone in bed. None of it feels like a problem. All of it stacks.

FAQ

Is this a medical test?

No. The T-Score is a lifestyle score built from 22 questions about what you do: training, sun, food, plastics, sleep, screens, friends. It does not measure testosterone. A blood test does that; get one if you want real numbers.

Is the T-Score the same as the game?

No, they are two separate things. The T-Score test tells you where your habits stand today and gives you a rank to share; retake it whenever you like. The game starts everyone at 0 XP as Soft, and your daily habits, missions and chests unlock ten statuettes.

What does it cost?

The test, the share cards, the 30-day Balls Maxxing challenge, the 7 daily habits, weekly leagues, battles with friends and 3 scans a day are free. Premium ($4.99/month, or $29.99/year with my book The Low T Pandemic included as a PDF; 7-day trial) adds the full protocol (days 31 to 90) and keeps everything on for as long as you are a member: custom battles, unlimited scans with history, full score history, streak shields and private brotherhoods.

Why is it called Balls Maxxing?

Because most of a man's testosterone is made in the testicles, so maxxing your T means looking after the factory. Funny name, serious content: 30 days of the real protocol from the book, covering environment detox, fuel, sleep and dopamine, iron and sun.

Where do the paintings come from?

Museums. Thomas Cole’s Course of Empire and Voyage of Life from the New-York Historical Society and the National Gallery of Art, all public domain and credited under each image. The 3D art is made for Testo Maximus.

Who made this?

Luis Moreno González, author of The Low T Pandemic. The app is the book turned into a daily game. He's @luisomor on X.
